The YEBN is happy to announce the launch of its new Career Development program called "How to sell yourself".
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
The "How to sell yourself" program provides masterclasses about how to best sell the qualities and skills acquired throughout the educational route, in order to face the professional world. It is a pillar exclusive program for YEBN members, but we decided to open it to other non-members and collaborators too!
The aim of this program is to provide a series of three sessions where professionals are going to guide you through the art of self-promotion when looking for a job, and will teach you how to increase your visibility and create your own professional network, as well as how to best write a professional CV that is appealing to recruiters.
SESSION 1. 4th November, 6:00 pm Online. How to sell yourself: Kick-off session.

In this kick-off session, the speaker will teach how to best deliver an excellent personal and professional impression, and will guide the audience through the art of self-promotion and talent showcasing, when looking for the job that best fits one's own profile, skills and professional interest.

During this practical session, the speaker will go through the technicalities of LinkedIn and will explain how to best use this powerful online tool to increase visibility, boost the network and valorise the personal profile, as well as the educational and professional background.

SESSION 3. 18th November, 6:00 pm Online. How to sell yourself "on paper": LaTeX.

During this practical session, the speaker will teach the attendees how to use a software system, such as LaTeX, to create a professional CV, and how to best describe the background, interests and experience on paper, in order to make a CV appealing to recruiters.
